After your exercise, reward yourself with a gourmet meal! The delicious, generous cuisine is based on the quality and authenticity of its produce.
Throughout the seasons, the chef selects the best produce from the beautiful region of Franche-Comté to prepare the traditional recipes and dishes: Tourte Comtoise, fillet of pike, Raclette au Mont d'Or… these local dishes are served in the hotel’s dining room, decorated in soft tones. To complement the meal, guests can choose from a wine list that includes a selection of wines from the Jura region, as well as other French wines.
